1. Let us know what vehicle you are interested in

Let us know what vehicle you are interested in buying including maker, name, model, year and transmission.

We will contact you within 3 business days.
[Important]
Make sure that there are no restrictions to import the vehicle to your country.
We can check import regulations to your country with Jetro (Japan External Trade Organaization).
However there may be recent changes or amendments not publicly known.
Therefore, we recommend you to contact your nearest appropriate government authority for latest regulation rules to avoid any problem after it is bought.

2. Deposit

Once the vehicle to buy is decided, we will let you know how much it is going to be in total including auction charge, inland charge to our yard etc... for you to update the bidding price.
And then, we will ask you to send a Telegraphic Transfer (TT) deposit to us. (Paypal is also available.)

Without the deposit, we cannot bid on any vehicles.
After the deposit is received, we will let you know how many and when your target vehicle is coming as well as free English translation of auction sheet if necessary.

3. Bidding

Once vehicle bidding price is determined, we will bid on the vehicle at your target price.
We recommend you to give us your maximum bid amount for the selected vehicle.

We will update the results of all bids made via email, Skype, Whatsapp or telephone within 24 hours.
Once the desire vehicle is won, we will send you a detailed invoice including the auction fees, transport charges, freight and our commission fees.

4. Shipment

Once the outstanding balance is made, we will arrange shipping of vehicle as required.
